Anyone who has built their own car, knows the huge PITA this part is. Interior should be painted by this weekend. I just noticed I started this adventure 7 months ago. Seems to be taking a lot longer than I thought it would. Admittedly, I've had a few pitfalls, but we are forging ahead.

Yup, that's an 88 chassis. Looks like front longitudinal damage on the passenger side? Might be ok. Good news on the progress. I just rec'd a set of late offset phone dials..........for sale. Also a set of early phonies.

Good eye, Tim. It does have some damage, but I think it will be fine. Thanks for all your help on this. We got the rear suspension installed, still have to index the t-bars, but its in for now. Front suspension, and drivetrain, will be in the car by the 20th. We are running a smaller(23/18) sway bar setup, but that's all we have. We have CC plates, Konis all around, and the Paragon coil over sleeves.

I may not be in Spec(no cage), but we are working like mad to get to WSIR at the end of Feb. to TT the car.

Thanks to Jim Richmond, Chuck, and of course, Tim.

Woot!!! Engine with remote oil cooler, coil overs, camber plates, installed. Now to hook up the engine, and get her running again. Hope all the wiring works out. Updated a pic of the underside. A ton of thanks to Jim Richmond, Tim Comeau, and Chuck Sharp. I owe you big time, Jim!

Wow, due to 13-16 hour workdays in production, and a super busy TV pilot season, I seriously doubt I will be able to make Buttonwillow. A shame as it is my favorite track in SoCal. On the positive side, once this winds down,(May) I will have the funds and time to compete for the rest of the year! I am going to try like hell to get the car up there for the Sunday HPDE, to sort it. It's only missing the cage and (legal)seat, and me a HANS. Everything else is done!
