Sounds like a great idea. How can I help. My challenge is that I will be flying in from Chicago late Friday night and expect to get to Bakersfield early Saturday morning. As I see I an can only help from a monetary aspect.

I could grill some chicken. I have a pretty easy to make marinade that is good. But I don't have a grill. It might also be a little easier to make sure the chicken stays cold if someone with an RV has a little extra room in their fridge. But I'm happy to grill that and maybe some veggies. Or if others have different ideas ....

We don't have a grill either. I think last time we borrowed one from 7's Only.
