This is a '88 high compression engine removed from a 1988 924S with automatic transaxle. Car was bought because rubber dampner was bad and made a huge racket as well as being over a 2k jon so the car was parted. I was going to use this motor but plans went to another build. This was a street car owned by a DR originally then second owner was a women who I purchased from in Southern, CA

Cylinder bores are almost perfect with no scuffs, scratches, or marring excellent condition!
Sale includes complete 10.5 to 1 compression 96K mile short block as pictured bottom end never apart. Matching parts group very late exhaust headers, intake manifold, all intake hoses, idle stabilizer and boots, cam tower, lifters and and complete timing assembly, plastic timing surround, all hardware etc.... So no head, no computer or wiring harness

No any 1983-1988 8 valve NA head is exactly the same in regards to fit, intake/exhaust valve & runner size, chamber volume, spring rate, etc... Thanks
