Am i correct in my thinking that the air intake box can be removed and a K&N style filter put in its place?

And also it really isn't clear if the hood can be modified to aid in the intake of air. Any previous examples to share?

Thanks

Yes, and no, in that order .

Any intake in front of the AFM is allowed. Modifying the bodywork, beyond the specific allowance in the rules to modify the foglight & remove turn signals, etc., is not allowed. No you can't cut a hole or put a NACA duct in the hood.

Thanks

I figured as such. My first search didn't include over a year. I'll do that next time.
Found a thread with the info. My bad.

I have had the roof patched, wouldn't that be nice to be able to put a roof scoop?

Nice job on the roof, and I like the color - it looks like mine!
